The Armory and Indoor Range has partnered with Defensive Training Concepts to provide a professional concealed carry class that meets all Ohio requirements for CCW qualification. Instructors are NRA Certified and bring experiences and training from both Law Enforcement and Military backgrounds.

how much does the class cost?
$100 Per student
How many students per class?
Class registration is limited to 20 students per class.  Additional students may be added at instructors discretion (i.e. to allow husband and wife to take class together, etc.)
Do I need my own firearm?
No, Students may make arrangements with the instructor to use one of The Armory and Indoor Range rental firearms.  We STRONGLY encourage anyone planning to use a rental firearm to make arrangements prior to the class to shoot and familiarize yourself with the firearm.  Click here for list of rental firearms.
How safe is the class?
The Armory and Indoor Range Staff Instructors closely monitor all live fire exercises.  If you look over your left or right shoulder, there is always a staff instructor nearby to answer any questions.
How much ammo do I need?
Students can expect to shoot approximately 100 rounds of ammo each.
Can two students use the same firearm?
Yes, Students are broken up into squads for range exercises.  Anyone sharing a firearm should make arrangements to be on separate squads.  Students are encouraged to have extra magazines so one student can be loading magazines while the the other is on the firing line.
is there a test?
Yes.  Students will take a written test prior to the live fire exercises.  The test covers materials discussed during the class.  In most cases the instructors emphasize topics that students may be tested on.  There is also a live fire test that summarizes the drills students go through during the range exercises.
Don't Panic: This class is designed to empower students to succeed.  "If you can drive a car you can pass this class".  
What if i have never shot a gun before?
The Armory and Indoor Range offers a Private Beginner class that is designed to help novice shooters build a basic firearm proficiency and good firearm habits.  This beginner class is a great warm up for anyone planning to take the CCW class.  Click here to learn more.
do i have to register ahead of time?
Yes, Students are required to register for classes ahead of time to guarantee a seat in the class.  Payment is required at time of registration.  Students may register by phone, in person, or online here . thearmoryandindoorrange.fullslate.com
Any student that is not able to attend a registered ​class (we understand life happens) should contact us prior to the class and we will be happy to schedule them for a future class that fits their schedule.
