Did you buy or sell a firearm online?  The Armory and Indoor Range can help you with your internet transfer.  By Law, firearm transactions that span state lines must be conducted by a dealer with a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL).

Buyer / Seller beware!!  The internet is not always a friendly place.  If you intend to purchase or sell a firearm online we encourage you to to stay with reputable sites like Gunbroker.com, etc. 

Before you click "Submit" and order your firearm online, PLEASE give the The Armory and Indoor Range a call to see if we can offer a competitive price.

steps to COMPLETE AN inbound ffl transfer ($35 per firearm)

  1. Finalize the transaction with the online seller.
  2. Request contact information for the seller's FFL/transfer dealer.  (We do NOT accept firearms from private individuals, but ONLY from licensed dealers.)
  3. Stop into the The Armory and Indoor Range or call us at 330-854-7700.  Please have your contact information, firearm make, model, description and the seller's FFL/dealer contact information. 
  4. Our staff will contact the seller's FFL/dealer and exchange licensing information with them.
  5. The Armory and Indoor Range staff will then contact you when the firearm is received and ready to be picked up.
  6. You will be required to complete a Form 4473 and a NICS background check will be conducted before you can receive your firearm.

Unfortunately, we have had too many guns show up with no customer information included.  Again, you MUST first arrange the transfer with us before we can receive the gun.
